Management Development Commission

The Management Development Commission (MDC) is overseen by a Chairperson and a Co-chair/Chair Successor who are not assigned to any specific program. The Chair of the MDC is appointed by the president, confirmed by the Board and may be re-appointed annually.

Currently, there are six (6) established programs being facilitated by ACCCA and managed by the MDC including:

  • Admin 101Program
  • Admin 201 Program
  • Great Deans Program
  • ACCCA Mentor Program
  • Annual Workshop on the Governor’s Proposed Budget
  • Annual Conference
  • ACCCA Regional Events and Webinars

If you’re the type who enjoys planning events, developing new ideas, and helping new administrators get to the next level, consider joining the MDC or one of its subgroups. Please send an email to our Events Manager.

The MDC consists of its leadership noted above, and the Team Leads for each program.  MDC meetings take place via Zoom and are scheduled the first Wednesday of every month at 8:30 a.m.
Please contact the ACCCA office for meeting information.

Individual planning team meetings, also by conference call, are scheduled at the discretion/need of Planning Team leader(s).
