ACCCA Conference

Planning is underway for our 2018 Annual Conference - The Big Picture! We are excited to be heading to Santa Rosa this year!

Due to the recent tragic fires in Northern California, many of you have asked if the conference will still be held in Santa Rosa. Yes, it will. The property was not damaged and they are already preparing for our arrival in February.

Beyond that, the area needs us to hold this conference there now, more than ever. The dollars we all spend will aide in the rebuilding efforts. Community colleges are economic development engines and it is only fitting that we bring this large event to an area that needs economic stimulus at this time.

In fact, we invite you to extend your trip and visit Sonoma and Napa counties. Shops and wineries are open and everyone is ready to extend that special Sonoma County hospitality!

As of Friday, January 12th Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine County was just about sold out. We encourage you to continue checking for availability as there could be cancellations but, if not, there may be space at the Marriott Courtyard just across the parking lot. See reservation information below. PLEASE NOTE: If you need a room outside of the 21st-23rd, call the Marriott to make your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests are subject to a $75 processing fee. Submit your written cancellation requests to events@accca.org no later than Friday, February 9, 2018. Cancellations made after February 9, 2018 will not be refunded.
